Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using PromptCraft Forge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
PromptCraft Forge is operated by Wise Mind Media ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wise Mind Media.
Product Description
PromptCraft Forge is an advanced online training platform for content creators. The Platform provides:
- Access to three comprehensive courses: PromptCraft Primer, Format Selection Mastery, and Digital Content Creation
- Interactive workbooks and exercises
- Reference materials and prompt templates
- Progress tracking across all courses
Purchase Price: $498 (one-time payment)
Access: Lifetime access to all current and future course updates
Account Registration and Security
Google OAuth Login
PromptCraft Forge uses Google OAuth for authentication. By logging in, you authorize us to access your basic Google profile information (name, email, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Allow multiple people to access the Platform using a single account
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies
Purchase and Payment Terms
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through CartMango, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to CartMango's terms of service.
Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan option (e.g., through Klarna, Affirm, or other buy-now-pay-later services), you are entering into a separate agreement with that provider. We are not responsible for the terms of those payment plans.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes based on your location.
Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with PromptCraft Forge, subject to these conditions:
- You must request the refund within 30 days of your purchase date
- Refund requests must be sent to support@wisemindmedia.zendesk.com
- You must provide a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your needs
- Access to the Platform will be revoked upon refund
No refunds after 30 days. After the 30-day window, all sales are final.
Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who:
- Have a pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests
- Downloaded or copied substantial course materials before requesting a refund
- Violated our Terms of Service
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on PromptCraft Forge, including but not limited to courses, workbooks, templates, frameworks, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Wise Mind Media and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and view the course materials for personal use
- Download workbooks and templates for personal use
- Create work product using the frameworks and methodologies taught
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or share course materials with others
- Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary marks
- Use our materials to create competing products or services
- Teach our frameworks or methodologies without proper attribution
- Record, screenshot, or copy course content for redistribution
Your Work Product
You retain ownership of any work you create using PromptCraft Forge methodologies. However, you may not claim ownership of our frameworks, terminology, or proprietary systems.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
Course Content and Updates
Content Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that course content is error-free or complete. Course materials represent our methodologies and perspectives, which may differ from other approaches.
Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. Lifetime access means access for as long as the Platform exists, not a guarantee that it will exist forever.
No Guarantee of Results
PromptCraft Forge provides training and methodologies. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results, income, or business outcomes from using our courses. Your results depend on many factors outside our control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Wise Mind Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for PromptCraft Forge ($498)
- We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- We are not liable for results (or lack thereof) from using our methodologies
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wise Mind Media, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Your work product created using our methodologies
Third-Party Services
PromptCraft Forge integrates with third-party services:
- Google OAuth - For authentication
- CartMango - For payment processing
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of third-party services.
Termination
Termination by You
You may stop using the Platform at any time. To delete your account, contact support. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund after the 30-day refund period.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Share your account or course materials
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform
- Request excessive refunds across multiple products
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked
- You must cease all use of course materials
- No refund will be provided (unless termination was in error)
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@wisemindmedia.zendesk.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court. This arbitration agreement does not apply to disputes that may be brought in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date
- We will notify users via email for material changes
- Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance
If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wise Mind Media regarding the use of PromptCraft Forge.
